5 Things you need to know about drinking coffee to stay healthy and fit

01. Avoid too Much Sugar

If you want to lose weight or want to stay on track, then avoid sugar. Have your coffee without sugar or add a teaspoon of jiggery to it

02. Avoid Cream on Coffee

If you want to make your morning cup of coffee healthier, then avoid adding cream to it

03. Do Not Drink Too Much

Avoid drinking not more than 2 cups of coffee in a day. Too much intake of coffee can also misfire badly

Milk is healthy and even aids weight loss, but adding too much of milk in your coffee isn't a good idea. Try to add only 4 to 5 teaspoons of milk to improve the taste
